- Added literature links in the table, allowing users to conveniently download the associated literature directly.
- Repaired issues in the genetic disease page, ensuring accurate and reliable information.
- Replaced the term "virus complex results" with "Gene set over-representation analysis of RBPs interacting with SARS-CoV-2 RNA virus" for improved clarity. Additionally, the gene set enrichment results have been reorganized for better usability.
- Added links to external resources such as CORUM, REACTOME, and KEGG, enabling users to access relevant information more easily.
- Resolved bugs that previously caused the page to crash when requesting large lists of drugs, providing a smoother user experience.
- Included the drug name in the table and created links to respective databases, facilitating quick access to additional drug-related information.
- Updated the Help document to reflect the latest changes and provide comprehensive guidance to users.
- Addressed several minor issues reported by our users, further enhancing the overall stability and usability of EuRBPDB.

- Added genetic disease, RNA virus diseases, and drugs sections to the diseases module, providing valuable information in these areas.
- Introduced the Functions module and RNA Interactomes module, unveiling 336 RNA-binding metabolic enzymes, 343 DNA-binding transcription factors, and 100 E3 ubiquitin ligases as RNA targets of various RBPs.
- Integrated a Blast tool in the Tools module, enabling users to perform sequence similarity searches conveniently.
- Updated the Help document to provide detailed instructions on utilizing the new features and modules.

- Redesigned the RBPredictor.
- Added three RBPome datasets: Jurkat_PerezPerri2018NC_RIC, Jurkat_PerezPerri2018NC_eRIC,

- Added RBP PPI network mutation data.
- Added information of mutations occuring within RBDs.
